* Position Overview
Grinder-Lamination is responsible for using all air tools and saws to grind, cut around edges, and cut holes into boats to the right measurements. 

Essential Job Functions
* Experience with air tools (at least 1 year)
* Able to use a saw, cutter, hole saw, and grinder
* Able to cut to the right measurement
* Able to read a tape measure

Non-essential Job Functions
* Organize work area
* Communicate well with others
* Willingness to learn

Requirements
* Work inside without air conditioning
* Work around fiberglass and chemicals all day
* Able to stand and walk around all day
* Use of hands and reaching with arms and hands regularly
* Able to climb or balance regularly
* Stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling occasionally
* Able to lift up to 50 pounds of materials

Other Skills/Abilities
* Ability to be crossed trained
