* Position Overview
 Foam/Interior Gel responsible for using a spray gun to put the correct amount of foam/gel on a boat in order to prevent any thin spots, which Final Finish would have to fix it.

Essential Job Functions
* Experience gel coating (at least 1-2 years)
* Able to use a gel gun, gel coat catalyst, impact gun, pipe wrench, and crescent wrench
* Able to gel coat to the right thickness
* Able to help prep boats

Non-essential Job Functions

Requirements
* Work inside without air conditioning
* Work in the gel booth, which is hot, sticky, and has a lot of gel-coat overspray
* Exposure to paint fumes
* Able to stand and walk around all day
* Use of hands and reaching with arms and hands regularly
* Able to climb or balance occasionally
* Stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling occasionally
* Able to lift up to 50 pounds of materials
