* Position Overview
Roller-Lamination 1 is responsible for rolling out air bubbles from the part. The person needs to have previous experience in lamination and work independently.

Essential Job Functions
* Understand fiberglass process
* Able to handle catalyst
* Able to wear respirator all day
* Capable of using a 3" roller
* Capable of using a 1" paint brush

Non-essential Job Functions
* Organize work area
* Communicate well with others
* Willingness to learn

Requirements
* Work inside without air conditioning
* Exposure to chemical vapors
* Able to stand and walk around all day
* Use of hands and reaching with arms and hands regularly
* Able to climb or balance frequently
* Stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling regularly
* Able to lift up to 10 pounds of materials
