RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST
Elkhart, IndianaThe Recruitment Specialist is responsible for filing open positions within the company with talented and qualified candidates. The Recruitment Specialist will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for Bennington. This person will be responsible for hourly production recruiting along with managerial and director level openings. This person must have previous experience recruiting high level positions within the manufacturing industry.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
• Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process.
• Monitor and maintain company-wide manning list to understand areas of priority.
• Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies.
• Manage online job positing and advertisements.
• Scheduling and organizing interview process with managers, directors and other stakeholders involved.
• Maintain applicant tracking system.
• Collaborates with hiring manager and/or other HR staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates and other pertinent details.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:
• Ability to communicate (verbal/written) professionally with all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• 3-5 years of previous experience in a high-volume, fast-paced staffing environment.
• 3-5 years of previous experience recruiting high level managerial/director level positions.
• Understanding of legal requirements/limitations in staffing
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on commitments.
• Strong relationship building skills and the ability to influence decision-makers.
• Detail-oriented and able to promptly follow through on commitments/inquiries.
